The Scott Loper Team has been bringing hundreds of buyers and sellers together in Southeastern Pennsylvania since 1998. Whether you are a first time buyer, moving-up to accommodate a growing family, downsizing, or just need to get your home sold NOW, we are here for you.

We offer an excellent combination of experience, negotiation skills, marketing expertise, and knowledge of the area. We are known for providing this suite of skills in a straightforward and down to earth style. We live, work, volunteer, raise our families, and own investment properties in the communities we serve.

Our expertise is in listing and selling residential property, including primary homes, investment properties, and land. Our main service areas are Lansdale, North Wales, Montgomeryville, Chalfont, Doylestown, Perkasie, Hatfield, Souderton, Telford, Harleysville, Skippack, Collegeville, and Ambler. However, we also serve the surrounding areas of Montgomery County and Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

The Scott Loper Team members are:

Scott Loper (Team Leader / Listing Specialist) - Scott’s primary role is to understand each client’s unique goals and needs and then direct the team’s activities within that framework.  Although his day-to-day focus is the sale of listings for our seller clients, Scott advises both our buyer and seller clients throughout their experience.

Scott is a graduate of Drexel University and has been a licensed Realtor® since 1998.  He earned his Associate Broker’s License in 2007.

Since 2007, Scott has consistently been the top producing agent at his office (formerly RE/MAX Realty Group and now KW—Montgomeryville).

Each year since the award’s inception in 2010 and including 2017, Scott has been named a 5-Star Real Estate Agent by Philadelphia Magazine.  This is a consumer nominated award.

Scott has served on the Boards of Directors for the Montgomery County Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Suburban Realtors Alliance.  He served on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams—Montgomeryville in 2016.

Lisa Loper (Marketing Specialist) - Lisa works with both buyers and sellers.  Working closely with our Executive Admin, Annamae Potemski, Lisa takes the lead role overseeing and managing transactions for our clients.  She also manages the team’s administrative and marketing systems.

Lisa is a graduate of Villanova University and obtained her real estate license in 2003.

Lisa served on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams—Montgomeryville from 2012-2015.

Lisa was named a 5-Star Real Estate Agent by Philadelphia Magazine for 2016 and 2017.

Scott and Lisa married in 1993 and have lived in Montgomery County since 1997.

Neta Collier (Buyer Specialist) - Neta’s primary role is to find and show homes to our buyer clients and then prepare and negotiate contracts for those sales.  She is the primary day-to-day contact for our buyer clients.

With a background in educational and curriculum sales, Neta provides our buyers with strong sales and negotiation skills. 

Neta is a graduate of Murray State University.  She obtained her real estate license and joined the team in early 2014.

Neta was named a Rising Star in Real Estate by Philadelphia Magazine for 2016.

A Kentucky native and former school teacher, Neta has lived in Bucks County since 2007.
